Unfortunately this way leads over the salesman of the product, since for us no pursuit of your purchase is possible.

If you can no longer find your proof of purchase, it is difficult to obtain an exchange or complaint at most shops. In some cases, you may be able to provide the seller with legitimation through the bank statement, but this is not always possible.
The warranty is usually issued by the dealer and is processed by our distribution network. In special cases and in case of non-fulfilment by the dealer, our team will be happy to help you.
Incorrect use or handling
If your product is damaged by incorrect handling or a fall, it cannot be replaced.
